ALL OF IT! Absolutely LOVED our stay here. I'm an UBUD regular and this has been one of my favourite stays on the island. The Villa is brand new, very clean and extremely peaceful. The staff are so lovely, extremely helpful, and made us feel very welcome. If you're looking for a place close enough to access Ubud downtown, but want the peace and serenity that Ubud life calls for - this is your place. There isn't a huge amount within walking distance, so would recommend you have a scooter for ease and freedom to get around. Otherwise, sit back, relax, and let the staff help you out.

You are staying in one of the palace's residence, not just a building within the compound but within the palace itself (maybe it's the guest quarters, but it is definitely a legit palace residence). The building decor is excellent, and your breakfast on the outside porch will feel amazing - literally next to traditional ornate structures. This also means you get entry into a "no access" zone not open to the public. You get free access to the palace when they collect entry fees for the performances and you can enter the palace even after the gates are closed. If someone stops you from walking to your accommodation, you can just tell them you are staying here and they will suddenly turn super welcoming instead. You're going to feel special while you stay here. Inside is clean, renovated and spacious. The location is as center of tourist attractions as you could possibly get. Even if the price was a lot higher, this would still be well worth your stay.

Our stay was amazing! Villa is well located within 10-12 mins scooter drive to the Ubud city center. Villa staff provides an opportunity to rent scooter from them directly. Other major sights are also within short ride away. Villa is really beautiful, just like in the pictures, and has everything for a comfortable vacation. Staff is really amazing and their service was a highlight of our stay: always ready to help, share great recommendations, always polite and kind. Villa was cleaned every day, and it was possible to order drinks from reception any time during the day.
