This place definitely exceeded my expectations. It was clean, newly renovated and has an amazing ambiance. Anna was very helpful when I was making the booking and Zura made me feel at home. Zura was very hospitable indeed. He was responsive with all my queries and always willing to help. Water ran out on my last night but it wasn't an issue from their end. I would highly recommend this place if you're a solo traveler, looking for comfortable place to stay, accommodating and hospitable owner and close to most tourists spots. I love that I have a mini balcony in my room where I always go to have my coffee despite of the cold weather. 27 minutes from the airport 5 minutes walk to the nearest hypermarket 2 minutes walk to the nearest market where you can buy fresh vegetables (only if you're cooking) 10 minutes walk to liberty square 10 minutes walk to spar and carrefour Area is within Old Tbilisi so leaning clock tower, broken down dge of peace, rike Park and many other spots to mention are just closeby the area
