We we were 2 people the facilities were good and it’s really clean good lighting good for couples but the bed it’s comfortable but u can’t lay down and watch tv it’s little uncomfortable but other than that it’s really good if i come again i would book it again and the host she was very nice she explained everything perfectly and the view also good we stay only one night but it was perfect

Everything was really nice. The property is easy to find, it is just off the main street, so it is quiet but still central. The apartment is small but honestly perfect especially if you are travelling alone. The hosts were fantastic, the communication was seamless. I will definitely book again when I am returning to Toulouse.

We really enjoyed our suite with a nice garden view: A spacious and tastefully decorated room with a comfortable bed and a big bathroom. The breakfast was delicious, and we could order cheese, ham, yogurts and juice without extra costs. The hosts were very attentive and carried our heavy luggage to the first floor. Since we had a car, it was not a problem that la Mélanotte was located 7-8 km outside Toulouse. We just enjoyed relaxing in the garden when returning from sightseeing in Toulouse.

Very cozy, clean, quiet apartment, where you will find everything you may need while traveling abroad: hairdryer, iron, all the kitchen things and 100 different tee/coffee/cacao types :) One of the best advantages is a very low price, which together with the apartment makes this apartment a golden choice. Definitely the main advantage is location - it is the very centre of Toulouse, it’s 2 min walk from the Capitole square. You have cafes and restaurants, shops all around you. Special thanks to Herve, who contacted us from the very beginning, explained everything, gave us instructions on how to get into the object, use Wi-Fi, etc in advance, answering all the questions.

The accommodation was great, some fab artwork and plenty of space, a hidden gem behind the front door. Marie-ange was an amazing host going above and beyond. In my terrible french and her much better English, when my google maps wouldn't work and I couldn't find her, simply due to someone giving me the wrong directions, she came and picked me up!! I will be booking to stay with her again in a few weeks and have recommended her to other friends.

The location could not be better. 6 out of 5 really. Because the apartment is hidden in the small quiet court, there is absolutely no noise from the crowded central streets. The apartment has everything one might need. The host is very friendly, gives perfect instructions with all details we needed. The apartment is warm (the heating system works flawlessly), which is essential for winter time.
