We loved everything about our stay. Primo and his wife were so kind and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious. The location was perfect for us since we wanted some peace and quiet whilst still being able to access the national park by boat.

Carmen at front of house is amazing! She went above and beyond, offering great advice and seamlessly booking our tours and transfers. We stayed in the Casa behind the main building—it was quiet (aside from the usual dogs barking), spotless, and had comfy beds, great pillows, and much-needed AC. Breakfast was excellent. You won’t find a better place to stay!

Brilliant location, minutes walk from the village and virtually on the beach. The accommodation had everything you need, including aircon and an outside area. The staff was extremely helpful. Tortuguero is so full of wildlife. This was a fantastic experience.

Everything was great! Apartments are modest, but have everything you need. Bed is super comfortable, the apartment is clean and you can listen to the nature sounds around you, while staying in the pueblo. Carlos is the best host ever! He helped us get the tours planned and we saw over 20 species in just one day!

Perfect location. Close to the boats and only 5 min to the nationalpark by foot. We arrived in La Pavona by car (parking 10$/night) and everything is well organized. Boat 1h to Tortuguero (15$/person two ways). We LOVED Budda home. Restaurant was very good, even got a welcome drink. Room very clean, everyday cleaning. Very comfortable bed. The owners and the staff are awesome, very helpful and welcoming! Would come again.
