Jade Place is a basement apartment. It was very tastefully decorated and everything was top notch. From the pre visit messages, and checking in to see if I needed anything. 10/10 on service and response times, cleanliness, the comfort of the bed and the couch, laundry facilities for free, workout equipment, everything was provided and all 10 out 10. They have thought about everything! The only thing you need to do is arrive with your clothing and your groceries. As a solo female traveler what I liked a lot about this place was I felt totally secure here. TV free Roku channel, a lot of free channels, can sign into your own account for Netflix or Prime etc, if curling up in front of the tv is your thing. Shopping is a 15 minute walk or a 4 minute drive. Everything is new here. New builds, new neighbourhood, and everything in this apartment is new. Price was terrific. This place is quiet. It's not in the middle of all the action, but it is in the middle of all the sights or places you may want to visit when in the Calgary area. Would definitely stay again Thank you for having me.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is excellent, right by the main highway to Banff, with supermarkets, cafés, and gas stations nearby. It’s a very quiet and modern neighborhood with new private houses. The host was wonderful and always stayed in touch with us. The apartment had everything we needed. The only thing was that the mattress in the bedroom was a bit too soft — if it gets replaced, everything would be perfect. I will definitely recommend this place to friends who plan to visit Calgary.

We are Family coming from Germany "We were truly impressed with our stay at this apartment. The hospitality of the host was exceptional, going above and beyond to provide everything needed for a comfortable stay. The free snacks, water, and coffee and tea capsules were a delightful touch, making our experience even more enjoyable. Everything was beyond our expectations. Honestly, this place deserves a higher rating than what is available. It's simply How will I convince the kids to leave the place today. They will definitely be disappointed. Robert and his wife were immediately accommodating for my late check in and were happy to safely store some of my luggage while I did some short term travelling from Calgary. I was provided clear instructions on how to enter the property and was greeted upon arrival (although I didn’t expect it because it was so late). I enjoyed ensuite facilities and a clean and comfortable bed. If you don’t mind the essence of a family home maintained through DIY renovation then this property is in a fantastic location - close to the airport, public transport, parks and shopping centres. The quaint suburban neighbourhood is really lovely to walk through.
