The room is in the quiet part of the town, with only a few restaurants or bars around (two within walking distance). It's pretty close to the beach, though. The room is simple but has a subtle and modern design, and we love the decor very much. I also like how the room is tucked in the back in the garden area. The cafe in the hotel is also excellent. It has garden seating which is quite lovely. I also quite like the staff on Summer Days. Everyone is quite friendly and attentive. They also help us to book shuttle to El Nido and explained to us things quite well.

The owner and Chris were super nice, made a chill coffee in the morning and even offered some local snacks for free for breakfast. I had a lovely stay and would definitely come back :)

Duli beach resort is a collection of wonderfully engineered bungalows at the far end of a very long beach. The sand comes to the steps of your porch.. There are no other places to stay on the beach.. a couple of surf shop/huts, a couple of cafe restaurant bar type places, a massage hut.. all pretty low key. The only others you see are maybe 20-30 people who motorcycle in for a day of surfing or chilling on the pristine beach. The owners are a family .. relaxed, detailed, eco friendly.. there are a couple of in house surf instructors to get you going.. and a vibe that makes you feel like the hustle and bustle of El Nido have been left far behind.

At the inn, every room includes a balcony with a city view. At Jeno Tourist Inn, the rooms are fitted with a private bathroom with a bidet. This little friendly place, with just a handful of practical set up rooms, is doing everything right, without overdoing it, and nothing wrong. Everything is just so incredibly clean. Nice spacious room with attached spacious bathroom. Soap, Shampoo, towels and for once, plenty of toilet paper supplied. I really liked that the wash basin was in the room, not in the bathroom, so you don't need to step in water just for washing your hands or brushing your teeth. The room had an Aircon and a fan, hot shower and excellent lighting. It also had a mosquito net, and mosquito netting on the window. Right outside each room there is a table and chairs, and a clothes line. Superb WiFi, best I've had during my 6 weeks in the Philippines. There's a common kitchen with free hot and cold water, coffee, tea and creamer, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, chopping knives, cooking plates, frying pan, cooking oil, and a fridge. Excellent location, just 2 min walk from the bus station and 5 min from the beach. (Budget accommodations have all gone inland these days. You pay a lot for beach front places.) The air quality was very good in the room, not damp at all despite it being the rainy season. I only used the fan, didn't need the Aircon.
