Every room looked like it was on my pinterest board for my dream house lol. Kostas couldn't have been more friendly or accommodating. He came to help us with our bags and just was a very friendly person which makes such a difference to your stay. There is a really perfect outside seating area upstairs that's perfect for sipping a coffee or getting some work done. The kitchen is gorgeous too - I want my kitchen to look like that! Just really a wonderful stay.

From the moment we arrived on a delayed ferry after 11 pm and Dimitris was waiting for us in the corner of the street with a big smile, we knew we had made the right decision to stay at his hotel. Actually we had planned to stay only 2 nights and move somewhere else, but right away we decided to stay the entire 5 nights here.This used to be his grandfather's home, which has been lovingly transformed into a 12-room small family run hotel on 3 floors in the heart of beautiful Ermoupoli. The ample rooms are tastefully furnished, have comfortable beds and linens, and have a modern bathroom with plenty of hot water. The location is perfect, just a couple of blocks from the main square and the harbor, accessible to everything in the city and a free bus to beautiful Ano Syros. The room was daily cleaned with a change of linens (if you wish, we don't since we're trying to save the planet). Our room was facing a small street with a bougainvillea spilling thru the window. We felt at home right away and would love to come back to Syros and to Oisyra Hotel. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

The units will provide guests with a fridge. I'm so glad for the ferry strike because if not we wouldn't have known about this accommodation. It was so charming and nicely decorated. There is a beautiful terrace at the roof of the building with sea view where we were served coffee and biscuits. The hosts are wonderful. It's right in the city center around restaurants, shops, 5 min walk from the port. Definitely will be staying here when we go back to Syros.
