This charming boutique guesthouse is located about 100 metres of the sea, just a 15-minute walk from Willemstad’s historic old town. Set in gardens, Villa Tokara offers luxurious air-conditioned rooms and a large outdoor pool. I loved everything. Lovely villa with eclectic furniture and lamps and chandeliers, 'shabby chic', just my style. An exceptional pool, especially as I often had the it to myself. There was unlimited coffee and machine and an honesty bar where you could have beers, wines and spirits. Only a few metres to some lovely restaurants.

The room was very tidy and looked beautiful. The bathroom was modern and the shower amazing. The swimming pool was as beautiful as in the pictures. Great recommendations for food from the host. Make sure to book Friday night dinner at Shelterrock in advance. We were to late unfortunately.

There was no breakfast but no problem with that. Lynn is a very kind person who even brought us grilled chicken from the supermarket when we were hungry. I will definitely stay here again, feels cozy and warm.

Guests at B&B Villa Zomerland can enjoy hiking and walking tours nearby, or make the most of the garden. We had a very pleasant stay at B&B Zonderland in Curaçao. Karin and Rene are excellent hosts – welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Staying here truly felt like being guests in their home. The location is very convenient, close to a large supermarket and centrally located, making it easy to explore the island. The practical touches really stood out, such as the possibility to wash and dry laundry and having a dedicated shelf in the freezer for groceries. The garden is well-kept, with a swimming pool that’s perfect for relaxing. Karin and Rene also have three lovely dogs and some cats, and their care for the animals and the environment is really evident, which we appreciated a lot. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. We’d recommend it to anyone visiting Curaçao.
