We were able to enter a bit earlier (a very nice cleaning lady told us just to wait 30 minutes), and on the day of checkout, Charlotte (the owner) made us an incredible gift, just offering the room until late evening! We had a late flight (22:15), and I was still recovering from a surgery, so an option to come to the room at any moment and just lay in bed or take a shower was incredibly valuable! We spent an amazing weekend in Brussels and will be back!

Extras include a washing machine, a desk and bed linen. Excellent reception, great facilities, very comfortable bed. It is very close to the Zuid / Midi station, which was very praticle. But the way to the apartment doesnt feel very safe for lone travelers and women. Although nothing bad happened to my stay.
