First, I'd like to thank my hosts, for their warm and genuine hospitality! I really enjoyed my stay. Your apartment is beautiful and spacious. I haven't stayed in such a new, clean, and stylish apartment in a long time. It has a private terrace with a ceiling fan and comfortable seating. Such peace and quiet (no barking dogs, no rooster noise). And a large, clean swimming pool with an artificial waterfall. Don't miss the excellent breakfast. You won't need lunch after that! I didn't like the place, I loved it! This is one of the nicest place I've stayed in Dumaguete. The facilities are all good and excellemtly working. Staff are also friendly and approachable.

Our stay at Florentina Homes was an absolute highlight of our honeymoon in Dumaguete. The place truly exceeded our expectations—it felt like something out of a fairytale, with its charming atmosphere and beautiful decor. The front desk and staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, and they made our trip so much smoother with their helpful service. The property is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to go shopping or explore the area. We also really enjoyed the free access to the swimming pool, as well as the complimentary airport and port transfers. Another plus was being able to book tours directly through them—we arranged our trips to see the dolphins in Bais and the whale sharks, which was incredibly convenient. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on our next visit. Thank you once again to the entire team at Florentina Homes for making our honeymoon so special!
