Excellent customer service. Was greeted immediately with coffee and dates, someone took my luggage, they asked about finding the place and parking and this was all repeated when I left - someone took my luggage with me to the car. Rooms are immaculately clean and gorgeous, fantastic rooftop to view the surrounding city and a very snappy keyfab system to enter the building and the rooms. True 5 star experience while maintaining a family atmosphere at a very affordable price!

The ambiance and authentic style. This is definitely not a chain hotel. The atmosphere created is just awesome. The location and walking safely day or night in the narrow laneways is so good. Be prepared to get lost( a good thing...as you will discover the real Nizwa) if walking at night as we did after dinner at a restaurant recommended to us by the hotel. Finding g your way around and back tracking g is similar to as being g lost in Venice. We loved the time we had and could not recommend this hotel highly enough.
