This was our third time visiting New Zealand, and staying at Twan & Gerda’s BnB was truly the highlight of our trip! The house is located on a beautiful, quiet farm — very refreshing and relaxing. The room was spotless, smelled lovely, and the decor was cozy and tasteful. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches: a fridge full of fruits, food, and even a cold beer! Twan and Gerda were incredibly kind and welcoming. We felt right at home and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended for anyone seeking peace, nature, and genuine hospitality.

This is a cute little place on a property next to a home. It is a separate building. It was comfortable and convenient for a visit to hobbiton.

This was the most wonderful accommodation! The location was perfect for Hobbiton and the countryside is idyllic. The space was perfect for our group of 6, lots of great books, maps, dvds and cozy seating and very clean. The breakfast of farm fresh eggs, butter, jams and coffee also unexpected and amazing. Also very friendly check in. Wish we had stayed longer.

The property is lovely and a close proximity to downtown, Hobbiton, about an hour and a half drive to Hell’s Gate in Rotorua. Our breakfast tray was brought to us the night of our arrival with different selection of cereals, fruits, yogurt, juice and homemade breakfast. Overall, I would give it a 10 and highly recommend this place.

We had an incredible experience at Cameo B&B. The hosts were so lovely and easy to communicate with. There was plenty of food laid out for us when we arrived, and it was a short drive away from Hobbiton.
