Kimberly, the host, gave me a friendly welcome on arrival and showed me the accommodation. It is airy and quiet, has a large super clean bathroom and a comfortable bed. I particularly liked the closeness to the shops and restaurants.

Everything! This is an 11/10 6* experience. Esther and Tom are exceptional hosts and go out of their way to make your stay perfect. They not only picked me up and dropped me off at the bus station but also helped with restaurant reservations. Meet and greet fellow guests with a drink at 5pm was a great way to get to know fellow travellers. The place itself was beautiful and in a perfect location. Breakfast was the best I’ve had in NZ. I could go on and on about just how good this is but go and see for yourself!

I had an exceptional stay in Napier, thanks to the quintessential Kiwi hospitality of Mike and Maree. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure my visit was perfect. The delicious breakfast set me up for long, busy days, and their kindness truly made my stay unforgettable. The convenience of transport to and from the airport was an added bonus.
