Very well-appointed modern apartment overlooking the marina. Spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Superb restaurant immediately across the street, and town centre within a five minute walk. Highly recommended.

Location - location - location! Perfect host Antonio made us very welcome at his lovely Stintino property, he took time to explain everything and his breakfasts on the terrace were delicious. Our room was spotless, comfortable bed - the shower invigorating and the sea view from the window magnificent. Antonio went the extra mile with a surprise bottle of Prosecco for my partners birthday on arrival day too.

Owner was extremely helpful, I had forgotten my bank card and he gave me cash against a PayPal transfer. Free ht beverages machine available. Close to seaside and port and boats to Asinara, just a 10 minute walk away.

Nice apartment in the city center, very small city, parking on the street but its very busy during high season. Close to La Pelosa. Bed linen included, towels not. You find everything you need for your holiday. Ofelia was very nice and helpful. Dont take boat transfer from Stintino to Asinara, much more expensive then from Porto Torres 40 e vs 20 e. Our stay at Lispusada Agriturismo was one of our most enjoyable during our time in Italy. The old, original hilltop property has been lovingly and sensitively restored and extended without unnecessary modernisation whilst providing everything required for quiet rest and relaxation. A pair of beautiful rooftop terraces overlook the surrounding countryside and idyllic swimming pool area, while the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Our bed was the best we had during our time in Sardegna—just had to mention this as my husband had something negative to say about every other bed we encountered—and the breakfast spread was just perfect. The living area of the main property is made available for guest use, and we spent a tranquil evening there reading books on the sofa as the only guests that night (during low season). The real superlative goes to our host, Federico, who was helpful, kind, attentive, and seemed to oversee everything single handedly, including preparation of a wonderful breakfast each morning that included various salumi, cheese, mixed croissants, housemade fruit tarts and mini bruschetta, as well as yoghurts and fruit. His restaurant advice was excellent, as were his recommendations about local sightseeing options—we particularly enjoyed our day trip to the nearby island of Asinara. Lispusada Agriturismo was our final stay during a special holiday to mark our 20th anniversary—we would certainly recommend it for those seeking a somewhat remote, quiet destination, with enjoyable sights, amenities and restaurants within reasonable drives. The property can be reached from Olbia airport in about 1 hour 20 minutes, while Alghero is probably half that, so getting in and out with a rental car is easy.

Location for the ferry. Quiet place.

The property was well located with in walking distance off town square and restaurant and to the beach front .

The guest house is just a few steps to cafes and other facilities. The supermarket, bakery and laundromat are just 5 minutes walk away. There is easy access to the port and bus stops for trips to other places. The owners had supplied complimentary extras like Sardinian small cakes and small samples of body cream etc and it was wonderful to have tea making facilities and the use of a coffee machine.
