Fabio and Mirko were incredibly kind and generous hosts. Our arrival time was delayed several times because the airline lost our baggage, but they handled it very graciously. Fabio was immediately reachable via phone and accommodated every request. The room was spacious and clean, the shower very good. Spello was absolutely charming and we would recommend it and this B&B very highly.

My stay at the Antiche Dimore exceeded my expectations. Our host made us feel at home and was incredibly gracious and helpful. The property is beautiful and the location is serene. This was one of the most hospitable and lovely stays we had in Italy!

Very kind couple who ran the B&B. We had an amazing stay. We came tired from the pilgrim walk and the host fed us with coffee and grapes. The room is well decorated.

The home looked fine from the outside with a pool & a beautiful garden. Inside it was amazing with lovely stairs, a spacious bedroom and a fine bathroom. Next door was a pleasant ristorante and across the street was the ancient city of Spello. The home was well positioned within the town.

Apartment was the perfect location in town. I loved being able to pop back in and drop off shopping bags or take a quick rest. Beautifully decorated and had everything I needed. Owner owns the restaurant close by and even gave me an aperitif upon my arrival. Would love to stay here again if I should visit Spello again.

A beautiful location just out of Spello with wonderful views out over the hills to Assisi. Cassandra was a great host who quickly responded to any questions prior to our arrival and offered many options for us during our stay. The room was immaculately presented with a very comfortable bed and breakfast was very good with lots of variety. It was good to be away from the hustle and bustle of being in town and to not have to worry about parking. Highly recommend this B&B.

Lovely, quiet, lots of space and well equiped. The property owners were a delight and so friendly. great location in the town and to base yourself for the surrounding area. Comfortable bed and good kitchenette facilities.
