The venue is all new and decorated with taste. The beds are very comfortable and the breakfast is lovely. All home made biscuits and cakes, and cooked, savoury breakfast if wanted. Monica the owner is really friendly ad helpful. Bike storage with charging point for e-bikes was important to us and this was provided. 3 minutes away from lovely restaurants and cafes.

We loved our stay at Romanita's place. The view from the balcony was stunning. Romanita was a fantastic host...and her homemade biscotti were delicious.

Great location: close to the old town, easy to find free parking, at least in October. The room is in the charming old building, but renovated in a modern way with a good taste, and very well equipped. The shower was by far the best in this Italy trip (out of 4 different places). Self-service check-in and check-out worked great. We did not use the shared kitchen, but it looked nice as well.

Superb location next to the main square and a few minutes from the Duomo. Clean and spacious room with a walk-in shower and bath. An excellent and friendly host.

Greve is quaint and beautiful and Anima Franca fits right in. The place is beautiful, very modern and clean with very thoughtful amenities. The owners Helene and Pierluigi were lovely. We had booked a wine tasting at Castello di Verrazzano that was a short drive away as per their recommendation. It was a beautiful experience—thanks yo Pierluigi’s recommendation. What was even lovely was that the couple drove us and pick us up from the place. Very special. Will come back again.
