The room was spacious and spotlessly clean with a wonderful view over the garden and the surrounding hills. Just a short walk into Forfar town centre and close to Kirriemuir which is a short 15 minute car journey.
Ian was a great host and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was very enjoyable, fresh fruit followed by a vegan hot breakfast.

Ian was a great host. He was very helpful in pointing out things to do in the are and he made a lovely breakfast for us in the morning. The property was on the outskirts of the town and it was very quiet.

Superb clean accommodation with excellent large room and bathroom. Quiet location and great parking. Excellent breakfast. Use of the private swimming pool a great bonus.
