If you are looking for paradise, this is the place. You need to stay here! The view is breathtaking and pictures don't do justice to this place. The food was the best we had in costa rica. Yann and Kalu are really amazing and make you feel so confortable. There is nothing to improve as it is already perfect. I will recommend this place to anyone coming to costa rica.

Great position very close to the sea, you can hear the waves and lots of birds and even monkeys at sunrise and sunset. Very good food at the restaurant. The shower had hot water.

This was the best Hostel in Costa Rica for me. Right in the jungle and close to the beach. Super friendly host family that helps you to arrange whatever you need beyond a beautiful pool from where you see the bats fly at night and the hummingbirds in the mornings. Pura Vida.

Beautiful, clean accommodation! With delicious breakfast. The atmosphere in the hotel was quiet and the decor was pleasant and comfortable and also a lovely large swimming pool! Casa colores was a DELIGHTFUL place to stay. The little houses are perfect for solo travelers and equally would have been great as a couple or family. Loved lazing around in the hammock, listening to the birds. The property grounds were beautiful - its a paradise. Mercedes was wonderful and as a solo traveller, she answered my Qs kindly about the area and made sure I was comfortable. The pool is a real treat on hot days too!

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The food was the best and most delicious homemade cooking, and it was convenient to have the restaurant right on the property. I loved the nature sounds, we could hear and even see monkeys and parrots up in the trees right off our balcony, the overall atmosphere was so tropical and exotic! The nearby bioluminescence kayak tour was a great addition to our stay too. The closest public. beach, Playa Organos, was long and beautiful (just beware there are no free facilities at the beach, there is a bar that charges $2 to use their washroom). Otherwise the beach was very nice, the waves were fun to jump on, there was no crowds and lots of beach space to walk along the water line. Another beach at a nature reserve Curu was about 30 min away driving, but was worth visiting (and paying to get into the park) as you get to see a few families of monkeys all around (just be cautious they'll try to go through your belongings if left unattended in the shade).

I had a super nice stay, it's in a quiet neighbourhood with restaurants and supermarkets near by and you can see lots of macaws around, very friendly and helpful owner, comfy bed, I felt very comfortable and could've stayed longer, close to Curú Nationalpark
