Staff. Wish we could stay longer. Staff were very friendly and helpful with everything. We were allowed to leave the car and suitcases after checkout. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you would need in a kitchen, Nespresso machine, even a Weber BBQ. It was nicely decorated going the extra mile to make it cosy. A gem.

Schulphoek Seafront House is elegantly decorated with original mid-century art and furniture, and has spacious well-appointed modern bedrooms and bathrooms. The house offers a complimentary shuttle service in an around Hermanus and a concierge desk. Beautiful location. Rooms are comfortable and spotless but the main attraction is the staff who are so friendly and helpful

The hub of the famous Whale Route, Hermanus provides a number of opportunities for recreation and relaxation. During your stay at the Auberge Burgundy Boutique Hotel & Spa, you can easily visit the popular local restaurants, the craft market, boutiques, art galleries and quaint shopping malls. The beach is also just 50 metres away, offering a variety of water-sports and nature tours. The location was perfect with a view from our balcony to the bay. The rooms were spacious and the shared common room were fantastic. The staff we exteremely kind and responsive. They gifted us a bottle of wine for the most minor of inconvenience. The breakfast box for our early morning departure was tremendous!

Stroll along the cliff path overlooking Hermanus Bay or have a dip in the tidal pool right in front of the hotel. Enjoy exquisite dining or sip a glass of local wine in the lounge, where there is nothing but 3,000 miles of ocean between you and the South Pole. From the moment we were greated by name by the security guard to the time we left, our stay at the Marine was excellent. The staff were very helpful and professional. We had a wonderful dinner and breakfast.

Host was friendly who greeted us on arrival. Had a visit from Marco the friendly cat. Would highly recommend staying here if you have to attend a function in Hermanus.

The host was amazing, helping us with various request for Betty’s bay like restaurants and safe routes to drive. Also a very cute house that has everything you need, and so many nice small bonuses like that they already prepared cold filtered water in the fridge. Also perfect location, very short drive for the restaurants in one end and the stony point penguins in the other. And also the most beautiful view with the mountains. We had a perfect stay, also very much recommend the Waaygat restaurant to anyone else, it was a really great restaurant
