By The Sea Koh Mak Boutique Guesthouse heeft een buitenzwembad, een tuin, een terras en een restaurant in Ko Mak. The best hotel for the price we’ve stayed in in Thailand. Very clean, comfortable, water dispensers and the hostess spoke perfect English and was super helpful.

Little Moon Villa ligt op 2,5 km van Ao Soun Yai Beach en 1,7 km van Police Station, en is voorzien van kamers met airconditioning en een eigen badkamer in Ko Mak. Alles was tot de puntjes in orde. Personeel is heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Eten is er heerlijk en de kamers zijn perfect. Schoon en heel mooi. Badkamer is helemaal prachtig.

Koh Mak Homestay is gelegen in Ko Mak, op minder dan 1 km van Police Station, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin en gratis privéparkeren. The pictures don’t do the rooms justice - my room was so cosy. The bed was very soft and it was nicely decorated. It’s nearby a little convenience shop and a bicycle rental. The host was kind enough to drive me to the pier on my last day.

Nestled along the pristine stretch of Ao Kao Beach, Koh Mak White Sand Beach offers comfortable modern tropical bungalows with free WiFi. Very spacious rooms, all detached, only a couple of mins from the sea. Their beech front is maintained well, unlike the neighboring hotel, this doesn't impact the White Sands Beach resort though. First place I've ever stayed where the room snacks and drinks are free, which was a nice touch. All the staff were really friendly. I would def stay here again.

Good Time Sports Resort is de rustige keuze voor fitness- en gezondheidsreizigers. I only stayed for one night at Good Time Sports Resort with my son, but it left a lasting impression. We had one of the spacious villas, surrounded by a lush, well-kept tropical garden – absolutely beautiful and incredibly peaceful. The location is right in the center of Koh Mak, which means everything you want to see or do is just a short ride or walk away. At the same time, the resort feels like a quiet oasis. Even during our short stay, we could enjoy the lovely pool, explore the outdoor gym (which is surprisingly well-equipped!), and take in the calm vibe of the whole place. There are tennis and pickleball courts too, plus yoga in the mornings – you can really feel the focus on wellbeing and movement here. A special thank you to Kerstin, who is truly one of the warmest hosts I’ve met, and Peak, the fantastic resort manager. They make you feel right at home from the first minute. If You’re looking for something more than just a beach resort, this is the place. And if beach is what You want – they’ll even organize access to a beautiful private one. Wish we had stayed longer!

Laem Tukkata beach Koh Mak ligt in Ko Mak, op 2,2 km van Ao Soun Yai Beach, en biedt accommodatie met een privéstrand, gratis privéparkeren, een restaurant en massagediensten. The location is unreal! It’s totally away from the huddle and bustle, perfect for us and wanting to be in a tranquil escape. It was so peaceful listening to the waves and birds at night and mornings. It’s a small complex so always plenty of deck chairs and places to sit and not many guests. Feels like a prefect private place to have a break. The owners are so passionate about giving you a perfect stay. They collected us from the pier and dropped us off. When we arrived we had a fresh coconut and mango sticky rice. Our room was very large, great working new air con too. Shower was powerful and hot. They went above and beyond more times than we could count we extended our stay once there as it was so perfect. From free coffee, breakfast, free kayaks, they arranged scooters for us and helmets too, advised us places to go. It was just so perfect! We will definitely be back. After all that and more they even gave us a small gift as we left. Thank you
