We loved the location right on the seafront. The hotel is located in the same building as another 5-star hotel. Our family room was spacious with a huge living room, and there was plenty of space for the children to play. The huge panoramic windows and two balconies were a pleasant surprise and left a good impression, and the bathroom has a skylight that creates a special atmosphere with daylight in the room.

I have never come across to more friendly and helpful staff. They made every effort to make our stay great and comfortable. It was a great experience we loved every bit of it. I would like to mention Manager Ognjen who is very very professional, helpful and frindly. Thanks to him and his team, we loved Budva. Breakfast was very good. Staff also provided additional vegetarian options when we told them about dietary preferences.

The Hotel is located in the most beautiful scenic part of Kotor. It's a beautiful, clean and aesthetically pleasing hotel with the most friendly and helpful staff. The room exceeded my expectations with an incredible view of the bay. My partner was welcomed with a complimentary desert and bottle of wine for his birthday. We had a lovely stay and will 100% recommend.

I think the bath tub and the room size which makes me very comfortable even though I am jut by myself. The view are alright and we can do flexible check out as well. Location wise it is near to coach station (10mins walking), near to public club on fri/sat night and the hotel is located inside Kotor old town.

Hotel Zeta ligt in Budva en biedt een restaurant, een bar, een gemeenschappelijke lounge en een tuin. Clean, cozy, warm lights & gived warm feeling, wonderfull view from the terace to the sea, big windows, extremelly cozy bed & great pillows. Everything was very clean, but also was not smelling too much after Ariel or anything else. Very nice! Excellent staff. Probably the only thing what was not so excellent was breakfest, but it was normal. We were too slow on deciding when we would like to use sauna hour and that is what we missed in second day after long walks (because sauna was booked), but that was our mistake. Absolutelly grear place, didn't want to move to ths next one :)
