Very clean and tidy property, immediately next to beautiful AMA beach where you can see green sea turtles, coral reefs and colourful fish. The owners are very kind and we enjoyed chatting with them as well as the delicious food Miyahira san prepared for breakfast and dinner. We are giving 10/10 for this stay and looking forward to be back!

Having dinner on the rooftop at sunset facing the beautiful sea and the starry sky at night , there are so many unforgettable memories!

I highly recommend staying at Marine Lodge Umigoya and will not hesitate coming back to the property should I come back on Zamami. Thank you very much for everything, once again, I had a great time.

The property is non-smoking and is located 1.2 km from Takatsukiyama Observatory Deck. Our stay at Kucha was one of the highlights of our 8 week trip. Takaka-san is a very helpfull and sweet host and great cook. The traditional Japanese house has everything you need from snorkel gear to beach towels to a washing machine. It's not so far from the port, we rented bicycles but the hills are quite steep so the bus would also be an option. We really wished we could stay longer because it felt like paradise! Also, Kiki the cat is very cute.
