The entire team was incredibly warm, helpful, and genuinely caring. From day one, they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed – taxis, recommendations, daily plans, even small surprises in my room. Everything was thoughtful and done with heart. The hotel is super clean, modern, and perfectly located in the city center. The breakfast was authentic and delicious, and the sauna, steam room, and gym were a real bonus – clean, relaxing, and well-equipped. A special thank you to the reception team, especially Sabah, who was always smiling, always present, and truly made me feel at home. If you’re coming to Aqaba – don’t think twice. This is where you should stay.

The staff (reception, restaurant, pool) was extremely attentive, the service was like in 5 star hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and super super clean (well done housekeeping 10/10!) Food was delicious! We would definitely come back again!

The hotel so clean and the stuff crew there very friendly, the location near the shops and resturants , and about 5 mins walk to the beach, I met the hotel manager at the reseption, he was a gentleman and a humble person. I will book here again in the future . Highly recomended

Super close to the bus station, but also walking distance to most attraction and loads of restaurants (I recommend Mansaf Nashmi, 5 min away, to eat Mansaf). The staff is helpful (ask for food recommendations!) and can arrange trips to the beach for you (that was a bit pricey). Room are spacious, clean and comfortable. I recommend the place.

The bright and airy rooms at the Kempinski feature a private balcony with direct sea view. Each one has a flat-screen satellite TV mounted on the wall. The spacious bathroom offers a bathrobe and hairdryer. It was a great stay, I enjoyed every single moment, the reception team is amazing, helpful and friendly.

The hotel is in pre-opening, everything new still with plastic wraps🤗. Not all services were available at this time but since it was only one night, we really enjoyed the place.

Great interior and really excellent breakfast, nice and clean pool area and Beach . Friendly welcoming staff trying to assist and make your stay as memorable as possible. The hotel is central within easy reach of shops, eating places and beach. Would definitely recommend Thank you! And will certainly be back.
