If Paradise has a name it is Hotel Indigo Bintan Lagoi Beach. Especially the staff is wonderful and so friendly it makes you want to hide from the evil world outside and stay there forever. Excellent choice of local and international food, great swimming pools with, one of my favorite things of all time, a swim-up-bar, very luxurious room with a big balcony, an ocean view and a quiet pleasant airconditiong system.

At the accommodation, rooms are equipped with a seating area. Literal paradise. Great staff, a beautiful garden where our daughter could run around and play with their lovely dog. Also - maybe a bit unusual to bring up in a review but it says a lot about the place - really nice and interesting guests and dinner conversations. Spa was amazing.

We cherished the attention to detail, cleanliness, effort to use as little plastic as possible, friendliness, attentive, accommodating staff, and ease with which everything was organised—and it was all well organised—made us feel like they had put in a lot of effort to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable, yet made it look effortless. The beach and the water were clean, thanks also to frequent cleaning. The pool was a fantastic alternative to bathing in the sea. The massage services were soooo good! The atmosphere was calm and quiet. Often, we would have short and friendly chats with other guests. We found they had an excellent way of treating you like a guest, neither imposing friendship nor treating you like a client from whom to squeeze the money. Our stay was enriched by the deeper conversations we had, which revealed the hotel's commitment to more than just profit. We learned that the hotel is not just a business but also a platform for personal growth, especially for the young women of the surrounding villages. It's a place where they can learn from client interactions and use these experiences as a stepping stone to shape their own lives. As one person put it, it's as much a social endeavour as it is an economic one.

All rooms will provide guests with air conditioning, a safety deposit box and a flat-screen TV. CLEAN ROOM - I went there for my honeymoon. The room was clean, spacious and cozy. All the amenities provided were sufficient and in excellent condition. I could not find any flaws in your facilities. The size of the seaview villa was spacious! The lawn was huge and the bathroom was the star of the show. The open-sky concept of the bath tub was indeed special one. You could dip in your warm bath literally under the cool night stars. GREAT ENVIRONMENT - The ambient was quiet and perfect for couple getaway. Don't worry, you would have the entire villa to yourself, so you won't be distracted by other guests. The staff there were super friendly and helpful in fulfilling your requests. The view was 100/100! ACTIVITES - There were many complimentary activities for the guests. You can swim in the pool, play games or kayaking in the beautiful sea. We even booked a snorkeling trip to a nearby kelong through the hotel. Don't worry, the transportation to and fro would be handled by them! DINNER - We went to a nearby kelong for our dinner, the Kelong Elly. But you can have your dinner at the cafe in Sadi, the food looked good too! BREAKFAST - The selection for breakfast was vast. You have ample of choices of food to choose from. From local dishes to western English breakfast. You will be provided with complimentary English breakfast and single ala-carte meal to choose from. Just look at the photo and decide for yourself. The foods were out of this world!

Facing the beachfront, The Kelong Trikora Resort offers 3-star accommodation in Kangkakawal and has an outdoor swimming pool, garden and private beach area. There is a restaurant serving Asian cuisine, and free private parking is available. We spent 6 days at the Kelong Trekora Resort and it was the most beautiful on the whole island. The green garden, the pool and the houses were simply fantastic 😊. Linda and Erix were always there for us and fulfilled all our wishes. Erix served ginger tea and wonderful food and Linda organized a scooter for us without any complications. We felt completely at home and would like to say a big thank you to Linda and Erix 🙏.

Exceptionally good staffs, very good food. its real adventure resort for kids with Canoeing, Rock climbing, flying fox, coconut tree climbing, fall from boat in the sea with net protection, volleyball, football. kids were fully enjoying all outdoor activities. They managed to survive days without TV & WIFI. Surrounded by tress so expect small insects.

Featuring a kids' club, this property also welcomes guests with a restaurant and a terrace. The accommodation provides room service, a 24-hour front desk and organising tours for guests. The property was beautiful, the surroundings wonderful, excellently designed, the rooms very spacious with a stunning sea view, and the staff – I have never met kinder and more helpful people.

Staff was very very friendly ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Location was quiet, peaceful, very good for relaxation. Cottage was comfortable ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Nice beach, and beautiful surroundings.
