Rex is a family-run hotel located in the outskirts of the small town of Zacharo, at a distance of 1 km from the coastal line of western Peloponnese. Decorated with well-kept plants, antiques and rattan furniture, it offers a sense of countryside living. Large and comfortable room with balcony view. Staff very friendly that helped us to find taxi and suggested to visit Archaia Olympia. Delicious breakfast with homemade cake, pies and freshly prepared orange juice. Decor is unique and very nice. Big thanks to the staff for helping me find my bag that I forgot to the restaurant.

The port of Kyllini where boats depart to the islands of Zakynthos and Kefallonia is 10 km away. A bus stop is just outside Glyfa Beach Hotel. The archaeological site of Olympia can be reached in 55 km. I cannot find words. We had the best vacation ever. Never guessed we would meet these amazing people. Very close to the beach. Beach had no waves and very clean water only locals came. Breakfast very good and nearby fish restaurant with amazing view and fresh fish. The hospitality was 100/10
