Liz and her staff are beyond exceptional. Lovely Erica at reception. Voldy at the pool always had a smile- extra towels, sunscreen. Tennis court has pickleball lines too. In pristine condition. Easy sign up sheet. Change over/ room care teams are thorough and efficient. With crisp white cotton sheets. Pillows are soft. Ice machine working well. Grounds beautifully maintained. Lovely new logos and stickers - little touches do matter. Just look at how many guests are repeat customers - that says it all.

What a superb location - the Atlantic Ocean directly opposite the room, with direct access to the beach via a sliding door to the balcony, and the lovely town located a short walk from the room via the entrance door. The hosts are true artists with their beautiful artwork spread across the property. They are great hosts, very friendly and accommodating. Very relaxed vibe. Amazing home and gardens! I felt like a queen being there. Lovely breakfast with a lot of options to choose from.

This Montauk motel is opposite the beach, and boat rentals are available a mile away at Fort Pond. The Hither Hills State Park is located 3 miles from the property.

Amazing location, super quick walk to the beach! All the rooms have balconies with seating that looks out on the water. Very lovely all around. The kitchens has everything you will need - full fridge, stove, oven, microwave, etc. There is also a large lawn with tons of grills, picnics tables, chairs, umbrellas, and cornhole. The owners were fantastic, very accommodating and helpful. No complaints!
