We had a wonderful stay at Lene’s Condo at Marina Spatial. The unit was impeccably clean and had a modern, cozy feel. It was well-stocked with essentials, including toiletries, drinking water, coffee, and other basic necessities, making our stay even more convenient. The check-in process was seamless, and the owner was incredibly attentive to our needs. What truly stood out was their thoughtfulness—when we accidentally left our son’s toy behind at checkout, they immediately informed us and kept it safe until we could retrieve it. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend this place!

I really enjoyed my stay, I owned the whole place for a night. I had a chance to meet Jessy and James, who is very humble and hands-on to all the task. Such a quite and relaxing experience, I will be coming back again but this time with my family and looking forward for a longer stay this time. 😁

We loved absolutely everything here! From the moment we arrived and even the communication before that that was so quick, easy and helpful (which could be rare, most hotels wouldn't even acknowledge our message, whereas these guys managed to arrange an extra day of stay with only a few hours notice and even pick us up from the nearby peir) we felt right at home or more like paradise :) The rooms are spacious, clean and beautiful, with amazing view. The staff is so polite, friendly and accommodating. The beach in front is private, clean, and you can even see some fish right in front. There are tables in front, the staff is very kind to serve the food anywhere you'd like - the restaurant, the room or right at the beach. And yes, there is a restaurant and it's pretty much the only option you have to eat unless you have a transportation. Dante also offers different options for transportation/tours, so worth checking out. We just loved the place so much, so we spent all our time there, instead of tours. Cannot wait to go back to this little paradise!

Clean, tidy, secure studio apartment in a great central location in Dumaguete. Good facilities and nice pool. Right on seafront. Adrian great host and was able to accommodate late request, we even stayed on extra night. Thanks and will use again when back Dumaguete.

There was a warm welcome from all the staff. We were greeted in a way that shows they care for their clients. Staff provided honest and correct information. For example, a local driver who could transport to sand bar(Manjuyod sandbar) also, good local seafood restaurant. The view across the sea was wonderful, providing a tranquil and yet stimulating environment. The comforting care made us feel at ho.me. The quality of service was second to none. The hotels cleanliness is exceptional

The staff showed us family like hospitality and helped us with every aspect of our stay. The dive instructors were proffesional and showed us thing we never thought we would see. Must go to if you're a diving traveller. The area is lovely and very peaceful.

Amazing quality of the rooms up to Western standards. The staff were very friendly. Lottie the owner treated us like we were her private VIP guests. We did the scuba, sardines run and whale scuba. All the events were organised without any problems. Thanks to Rafa for spending time with us and instilling confidence for the scuba. We would definitely come back! The location and the house reef were perfect!
