Property was clean, modern and great views. The property and facilities were fantastic with a well equipped kitchen with equipment designated to each station with a range of bbq facilities too. We stayed here as it was the near the airport so only stayed one night which was a shame and wish I booked a few more nights here.

Location is amazing to explore Queenstown. Hotel is located on the main street but on the far end of it so it is not noisy. Very beautiful view of the lake and surrounding mountains to enjoy from your balcony. Very comfortable bed and pillows.

Love the location, so beautiful by the lake and the gardens, enjoyed the walks around the hotel, and it’s really close to the main sights & restaurants, minimarts; and bus stop for Arrowtown is also close by.. Great service from the staff, didn’t have one bad experience at all 👍

So many positives and an exceptional stay overall. Standout features included the drying facilities for snow gear external to the room which made the snow experience much easier. The hot tubs were also wonderful after a big day exploring and The affordable washing machines were very helpful.
