Great location with the best part of Sakalava lagoon in front of you. Turbo delicious meals and super manager Alex and his team. Last but not least bangulows are specious and designed in such a way that no AirCo is needed. This place is just amazing. It takes some effort to get here with your Kite equipment but I am highly recommending doing that. Amazing lagoon with super steady wind 25kts + every day right after you breakfast;)

I have been traveling in Madagascar for months and this is the most successful hotel I have been to. Lauren and Anita the hotel owners are both charming and caring. The hotel is on the beach of Dego right in front of Sugar Mountain and you can see and hear the waves from the room in the hotel there is also the excellent kitesurf club of Dolphin and Nordin There is no doubt that I understood very much from a stay and received a full return on the low cost of the stay

I had a wonderfully relaxing three nights at Royal Sakalava. The bungalows were spacious, clean, and comfortable, the staff delightful, and the location beautiful. They also serve a very good breakfast with a (very much appreciated) ample serving of coffee.

Overall it was very nice stay, a very tasty food

I have stayed at differnt bungalows at Sakalava Beach and this is among the nicest. Compared to the other places it's very quiet there. There is a restaurnt which serves nice breakfast but other than that I have not seen anyone eating there. Therefore, if you want to have a very quiet spot without a "kite camp" atmosphere this is your place. Staff is great and bungalow is amazing
