Our hostess Sofia was the best. Great instructions prior to arrival, quick response when we arrived and found something small needed attention, and went above and beyond to help me with parking arrangement off hours. The property is clean, modern, new, and really well designed and laid out. The hideaway/Murphy bed worked very well too, one of the best designs I've seen. Great location, and it was so nice to have a specific umbrella and chairs of our own reserved for our use at the beach club across the street anytime during our stay. The whole stay and town of Viareggio was a joy to stay in.
