Great location good for solo yraveler but if travelibg wirh wife spend more ans get more. Im a solo traveler traveling Asia, so to me it was fine. They staff is humble csrint and hellful, as in all of india show respect to get respect.. Thetly were honest clean and eager to assist. You sr a block from the Gateway,, Taj and Leoppolds famous bar/cafe. I giive itba 9.5 based on guesthousr ratings. Thank you Broadway for help witj raci and money xchange.... Nice pool area, gardens, good dining room, very nice rooms and bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Right on the beach. Food is good. Beach walks very appealing. A great place to relax.²

It was lovely to stay with The Hotel Citizen Juhu. This hotel is located in one of Mumbai finest Beach called Juhu beach Mumbai. I really like the hospitality of this place welcoming all the time. Price wise a little bit high but it's ok because of the location.

Our first room was very small and noisy with a/c n 'pipe' noises. We told them of our disappointment especially at very high price being paid as wedding season at hotel n demand high. However, it was very professionally handled and we got a much nicer deluxe room and quiet. Fabulous bed and overall very comfortable. This is an iconic hotel and quite old but renovations over the years and we love the ' family's feel n staff have been there many years Saukit the duty manager very helpful

My trip was broken in to 2 parts of 4 nights each.....in between I had a short trip elsewhere. Both times the stay was amazing. Can't thank the staff enough...from reception, to the restaurant, to the bell boys, housekeeping, in-room service and the Duty manager at different times. Since we were there so many days we did end up using all the services and each time were met with graciousness and promptness. They accommodated all my requests, answered my questions/concerns. Felt like I was with my family. Truly. The restaurant was amazing. Breakfast was part of my package and it was a good decision to do that. Really tasty food and service. Few times We also had snacks during the day and had buffet dinner twice. Once again...all amazing. Laundry service was great and meticulous. Housekeeping kept track of my "private times" and cleaned the room accordingly. Never a bother. Help with luggage was always and easily available. Will definitely go back to the Ramada. Loved the location on the beach....walked there everyday...So all about this Venue is excellent....Location, service, food, etc. We used the spa for pedicure and manicure on our last day and loved it....did a great job! thanks. They were very good and prompt in their communication even before my trip started. All the front desk staff knew about my reservation and its nuances. I must mention that I loved the fact that during the stay they communicated with me via WhatsApp and I had immediate access to the Duty Manager. They kept track of my return times and enquired about it well in advance. Who does that nowadays. Very Impressive. Thanks to all at the RAMADA PLAZA BY WYNDHAM PALM GROVE.

Loved the staff they are really friendly and helpful. Overall a great value for money with all the amenities they provide

Thoughtfully furnished and spacious, place has all the basics that you need on vacation. Especially enjoyed the jacuzzi and lawn area, and nice homemade breakfast. Communication with host Ronald was great.
