I was staying in the dorm, bed was very comfy and had a side lamp and curtain. Stuff was amazing and really helpful, wish I could stay longer

This is probably one of the best places I've ever stayed. The rooms are beautiful, confortable and full of details and personality. Same happens with the bathroom. Everything very well mantained.  The pool area is very inviting to spend time and sunbathe. Lovely gardens and facilities. The staff as usual is lovely and very helpful. Food is quite good. I would totally go back and recommend it to anyone visiting Kuta Lombok.

I loved this Villa so much. It felt luxurious, it felt well created. You can tell a lot of passion went into these villas. The pool is perfect to cool down, the seating area is great. The bed was out of this world. The sheets feel amazing on the skin. I wish i could have stayed longer. The staff are great, they will take you into the town on a bike at short notice. Do not hesitate to book this place for your stay in Kuta. I was even asked for feedback on anything i could think of- i mentioned the breakfast was a little small.

Modern, minimalist design. Comfortable beds. Filtered cold water. Beautiful villa. The coffee is great ! Location fabulous. I recommend the Konkret for couples, groups - the design may not suit families with very small children.

No need to do more hotel research! The feedback you see here is not by coincident. Naia is more than a hotel, in the way that its staff makes you feel like you’re coming home after a long day exploring Lombok. Marlissa, the owner, is your vacation mom, always interested. There is no question she and her staff don’t know the answer to. We booked day-trips to secret Gilis and Tetebatu (secret gilis is way more advertised as an attraction, but the Tetbatu-trip was a more incredible experience, with local life, farming culture, scenery, a very refreshing waterfall swim, several black monkeys spotted 10m away++). Naia organizes scooter rental for you as well as taxi transport. Join the live music concert, the vibe is fantastic. We spent five nights here, and are sad to leave, but full of memories.

Calm location and nice clean rooms with a lovely infinity pool. Great restaurant and very helpful staff. Yoga classes were excellent and the staff helped organise everything from scooters to transfers etc. Also have a cute resident cat
