Beautiful place with wonderful hosts! The location is nearby of the most preferable places of the island, also the handmade brunch we had was sooooo delicious and well prepared with local products! Thank you Haralabos for this experience...we will be back for sure 😃

We had a beautiful apartment for 4 days in June and it was just stunning, amazing views of the water and surrounding cliffs every day, and the beautiful infinity pool! 10 mins walk to Kaladi Beach (which was quiet then, like having a private beach!) and 10 mins drive to gorgeous Avlemonas village with heaps of wonderful food & swimming options. Betty was such a welcoming and gracious host, and gave us lots of stories and recommendations for the island (in Greek!) We will definitely be back.

Kaladi Rock 1st class location & stay! A piece of paradise! A fantastic location which offers some of the best views on the Island. We stayed in a 2 level, 2 bedroom villa for 5 nights. Our days were spent relaxing by the pool or visiting the local beaches of Kaladi, Avlemonas (a spectacular water hole) and Diakofti beach (a must for turquoise waters). Great restaurants within 15 minutes (suggest Sotiris & Mpotzio). Also suggest visit to Kapsali beach, Livadi & Chora. A beautiful island & stay the hospitality of Mr Panos and his team was 1st class. Excellent location with an amazing view over the Agia Pelagia beach. Spacious place and very good access to restaurants and bars. Also very strategic location to visit other areas of the Kythira and especially the amazing Lighthouse in the North. The host (Andreas) is very friendly and attentive and he solved very fast some minor problems we had. We recommend the place and we will go back!

The house was great! very new, clean ans spacious. George was really kind and asked us every time if we needed something more. The complementary stuff we found there were great, and he also gave us some extra rusks as a goodbye gift :-). The location is also excellent, having the beach (with a ladder) exactly out of your room - you can see the sea from both sides of the house ! If you like to sleep w/o AC (as we do), at night you can hear the music from the jazz bar next door. I am not listing it as a problem, since it was a plus for me; I prefer to go to sleep while listening to Amy Winehouse than listening to nothing :-)

Fantastic location..fall asleep to the sound of the waves… swim footsteps from your door or at the fantastic Laggada Beach down the road and enjoy relaxing on the terrace with the amazing view! Spacious, comfortable with all the amenities you need and very helpful and welcoming host.
