We stayed there for more than two weeks, and we enjoyed it a lot! The hotel is located at the very end of Kobuleti, has its own beach which is not too crowded. The beach has free chaise longues with sun umbrellas, and there was always enough for the guests, at least when we were there. Our room was bigger than other hotels we've been to and had a hot tub in the balcony. There was everything we needed for our stay, including a drying rack for clothes, a teapot, good WiFi, towels for the beach that were changed daily. What was also nice is that they only went into our rooms for cleaning if we asked them to - no one was coming in if we haven't specifically left the keys at the reception for someone to clean there. Overall, great experience! Also kudos to Marekhi from the reception for helping out at the start with directions to places we wanted to visit.

You get what you see and this was excellent because most Hotels on booking are showing wrong pics from the room etc. The Hotel is well maintained you have no bad smell in the bathroom etc.

Location is right on the beach with view of the sea. The personnel did not speak english but we managed to sort everything out. They were very nice and helpful. It was a surprise that the breakfast starts at 10am, but we were quite happy about it. The food was not any special, very basic continental breakfast. There is enough parking.

We stayed here for 3 nights with three people from Armenia, and I can confidently say that this is the best option in terms of value for money. The location is fantastic—just a few steps from some of the best restaurants and very close to the beach. The room was comfortable, clean, and recently renovated. A special thanks to the guesthouse administration Sofo and Gvantsa, who is incredibly welcoming and kind. She was always quick to provide solutions to any of our questions, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The apartment was spotless, tidy, and full of natural light. Everything was well-organized and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The highlight was the stunning sea view, which I enjoyed every morning. The location was great, and the atmosphere was peaceful. It was my first time in kobuleti and it couldn't have been better. The weather was beautiful and the hotel exceeded all expectations. Rooms were clean and neat, the staff and the owners were very polite and lovely. The view from our room was especjally beautiful during the sunset, make sure you don't miss it. We are totally going back again next year.
