The location, the friendly staff, exquisite restaurant on terrace with beautiful views, beautiful spacious rooms with a view of the lake and mountains. 24m swimming pool with deep end and excellent Spa with professional therapists. Location is good, in the center. Clean, organized apartment. The owner provided cleaning/room service every day, including changing towels, filling in coffee/tee. The terrace is very nice, allows to sit outside and rest/eat. Few notes for visitors, as i myself like to read for information; Montreux is on hills, take into consideration that even if close to the lake, the path can be steep and not convenient for everyone by foot. there is a bus to use of course. the apartment has a bedroom and living room where there is sofa that you can open for additional 2 people, but in my opinion, the sofa is good for children, less for adults, possible to sleep but not ideal.

The location is perfect for travelers who choose the train-just step outside into the train station! And the soind isolation is very good-we did not hear anything at night. Very close to the city center and of course, the lake and Freddie Mercury statue. The personell were wonderful, helpfull and delightful!

My stay at this property was truly exceptional! The room was beautiful, the view was breathtaking, and the location was perfect right in the heart of everything. I especially want to thank the team for the thoughtful upgrade, which made my stay even more memorable. This is a very convenient and comfortable hotel in a very picturesque setting. Its very close to the train station so we used it as a base to explore Geneva, Lausanne, Broc and Gruyeres. The only problem is that you have to climb down some stairs to reach the hotel which sits right on the promenade. If you have luggage then its better to take the public elevator next to the Barrel Oak pub. Just cross the road and turn left outside the station to find it. (There is a pink line on the road to guide you to it). The hotel has a very friendly and helpful reception desk, clean rooms and comfortable beds! We loved the view from our room and the location. I highly recommend it.
