Location and nice facility, in the hart of the downtown.

Gutted I didn't know about this place before, I've been staying nearby for years but only just tried this place. Well priced, great facilities, huge room. I'll be back!

The location was great. Close to main train station and Scotiabank Arena. I was able to walk pretty much everywhere. Staff were very friendly and happy to help.

The hotel has an excellent location close to the Harbourfront and within a 30-minute walk with my dog to major Toronto attractions such as City Hall, Dundas Square, and the CN Tower. The area was peaceful at night, allowing for a comfortable sleep. The breakfast was delicious, and the server’s suggestion to mix orange juice and apple juice was surprisingly good I liked it so much that I still do it on other trips. Also, there are plenty of pet-friendly restaurants around the Harbourfront area, which was a big plus for travelers with dogs.

I had a fantastic stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including toiletries, tissues, and shampoo. The location was perfect—close to everything, making it super convenient for exploring. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options. One of my favorite perks was the 24/7 complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby—such a thoughtful touch!

Perfect location. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Lovely view of the islands (between skyscrapers). Would recommend for a stay in toronto.

the location was perfect. it was right beside the bus station and Scotia bank arena, if you walked 2-5 minutes depending on how fast you walk, you can reach a second cup, corner store and more. the place was clean, had towels, multiple blankets, bathroom necessities (body wash, shampoo, conditioner, individually wrapped tooth brushes, hair dryer, washer and dryer in bathroom, q tips, hair elastics), kitchen had cooking items In it (many frying pans, only one pot, baking sheet), dose in fact have a dishwasher. did have both ac and heating. the balcony had seating. the bedroom had a window that opened to the balcony, the layout of the bedroom was a bit odd ngl but it was still functional. the bed was sooooo comphy, the pillows and blankets felt like air! the living room was also comfy with lots of pillows too and lots of seating + lights. there was a tv with a Roku but I wasn't sure how to use it. they did however say I can text them with any questions I had but I didn't want to bother them so it wasn't their fault. overall it was really nice and pretty. I had accident locked over a shelf and they were very understanding about it, they were more concerned if I was okay lol. I also accidentally got make up on their blanket, hand washed it and then dropped it in the balcony so it got all dusty. I explained to them it doesn't fit in the machine and Im unsure of what to do as I dont want to keep ruining it and they were 100% understanding and not upset at all. they were very nice and helpful the hole time. just before I got there the ac broke, and they immediately went and got fans to help. 100/10

⸻ We spent three nights at Hotel Victoria, and it was an absolutely wonderful stay! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with cozy beds and all the essentials provided. The reception staff were very kind and helpful, and the hotel also offers a convenient luggage storage room. The location is outstanding – all the main attractions are just a short walk away. Highly recommended!

The location was absolutely unbeatable, nestled right in the heart of the city, everything I needed was just a short walk away. The apartment itself was fantastic—it had absolutely everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, the living space was cozy, and all amenities were thoughtfully provided, from reliable Wi-Fi to laundry facilities. It was the perfect mix of convenience and comfort.
