Best hotel in Belize! Wonderful brand new property, luxurious in every single detail and perfectly located on a pristine beach. We stayed at one of their ocean front villas and it was heavenly! Huge bedroom and huge bathroom, beautiful balcony with view of the ocean, private pool on the beach right in front of the sea. Kayak, paddle boards and bikes at our disposal. Lush! Decor is impeccable and mattress and pillow super comfortable. Staff and service are what you’d expect from a 5 stars hotel and more! They also rent golf buggies and can help you book any kind of tour. Restaurant is also upscale with a fantastic view of the ocean and food is delicious. We are so happy to have found this gem. We would only come here when back in Belize 🩷

The location was ideal because it's right near our friend's house on Paradise Blvd. from New Jersey and our friends from Connecticut enjoyed hanging out with them on their boat. My stay at Louis Apartment was an exceptional experience. The apartment was spotlessly clean, making it feel fresh and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The space was both spacious and luxurious, designed with thoughtful attention to detail that elevated every aspect of my stay. From the modern electric stove with proper ventilation to the TVs in both the living room and bedroom, which allowed streaming and casting on various platforms, the amenities were top-notch. The bathroom was another standout feature, with its beautifully modern, nature-inspired aesthetic and perfect lighting that added to its earthy vibe. The furniture was incredibly soft and comfortable, creating an inviting space to relax after long days. The location was also a major plus, situated in the heart of the village with easy access to dining options, supermarkets, entertainment spots, and gift shops. Security was exceptional, with multiple measures in place, including secure locks and cameras, ensuring I felt completely safe throughout my stay. Additionally, the host was extremely communicative and receptive, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and making me feel well cared for.

Communication with host was excellent and she went out of her way to book tours for us. The vibrant and cheery cabanas were right on the beach with a large comfortable porch. The pool was a cool respite from the heat, although the sea winds alleviated the heat as well.

The breakfast was OK but little variety - basically the same thing everyday except one. The staff was very welcoming and willing to go out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The pool was very clean and well kept and there was an ample supply of towels. We enjoyed the beach, and the short walk to restaurants and bars.

Quiet location on a secluded beach, gorgeous sunrises and ability to paddle the kayak in the ocean. Hosts were available, but not intrusive, provided a cell phone for use in the area, and a guidebook with suggestions for places to eat and ship for food and other necessities. Also provided reef-safe sunscreen and some deet-free bug spray. Lots of beach and regular towels, kitchenette was small but adequate for our needs, and used the BBQ also. Loved the placement of the hammock.

Wonderful beach front cabanas well located close to restaurants and nearby Placencia. The couple who own and manage the cabanas have added a lot of personal touches including a small kitchenette, spacious veranda, swimming pool, and a detailed booklet outlying their favorite restaurants, bars, tour guides etc. This was a very friendly place to stay and one of our favorite places in Belize.

This hotel is in a great location, right on the beach and near restaurants and supermarkets. The staff here is exceptional (Valesca) went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and very accommodating to our needs. I love the swing chair, pool and breakfast. I would definitely come back here when we visit Placencia again.
