The apartment is really beautiful and the bathtub was really nice to relax in and have cold baths which are truly necessary in the Siem Reap heat. The internet speed was surprisingly good even when four people were working at the same time. The location is great, really close by to everything! Also the laundry service was cheaper than the laundry places outside and it was well done too. The beds were extremely comfortable, slept like babies!

The property is non-smoking and is located 11 km from Angkor Wat. The owner/manager Sokluy is a wonderful, caring, and gracious host. She made sure I had everything I needed for a good stay. She went above and beyond to provide exceptional service and guidance. The room with attached kitchenette and bath was very comfortable. It is not far from a local nightly market. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and look forward to staying here again. The only challenge is that this location is 3 kilometers from downtown Siem Reap. That was my initial concern. However, using a local transport app (PassApp) it is easy to get an auto rickshaw or tuk tuk to get to downtown and back. So this was easily resolved.

It was the first time I was travelling alone, and I expected to face a lot of problems, but the owner of the house was like an angel taking care of me. She helped me to visit attractions at a lower price, arranged tickets, advised some useful contacts. As for the accommodation, it was cleaned every two days, has a lot of kitchenware, Wi-Fi and a lovely terrace. Neighbors are quite. Love this place and advise most heartly.

An incredibly accommodating, friendly, and hospitable host, Ercan Bey went above and beyond to ensure an exceptional experience both in and out of his lovely haven of a boutique in Siem Reap. His staff were also very kind and happy to help. The room was clean and stocked with decent amenities, including water for days, and had a very comfortable bed (a tad firm, but not too hard). Piping hot showers, ice-cold aircon, and fan at your disposal. The swimming pool was refreshing, surrounded by greenery and some chaise longues for relaxing. The decor of natural materials in the room, bathroom, and around the property contributed to the warm and cozy atmosphere of this special place.
