We stayed here with our two young daughters. The apartment felt like a home away from home. Everything we needed was there. The kitchen was fully stocked. The apartment was bright and clean with the added bonus of blackout curtains so that the sunrise didn't wake us up. It was comfortable and close to the beach. The gardens were beautiful and the pool was refreshing. We stayed an extra night because it was so incredible. The host, Rory, has excellent communication skills and he was very kind. There was free wifi and it worked very well.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The host was kind enough to let us check in early when we arrived as well as letting us check out late (our train was at 7pm) without extra charge. He always made sure we were comfortable during our stay. The room has a nice air con and modern bathroom. There is a mini market right next door if you need anything.

Owner and staff on this place are so hospitality and do the best for guests happiness ❤️ I chose this place for rest and got what i wanted, good AC, one of the best breakfast I had in Sri Lanka, clean and cozy room. The location (right on Nilaveli beach), the amenities available at the flat, the comfortable seating and sleeping arrangements - way too many things to capture! Our family spent two weeks there. It is a modern apartments in a quiet place at oceanside, with all necessary appliances. Housekeepers and host are very friendly and easy to connect. They are always ready to help you with accommodation.
