We are from India. The nearby Bombay Bazaar was a big help. A 100 mtr away only. Very clean. Excellent housekeeping. We got housekeeping keeping service on a Sunday even. Very courteous staff. Nothing bad. All as expected. Our room was a bit small. But it is OK. The one bedroom apartment would have been a good option. Comfortable stay.

Most accommodations have SKY TV apart from The Wharf Apartments which have Freeview TV only. Beautiful place to stay, great view of the water, very close to all activities, restaurant and cafe. Japanese girl help us for the checked in was so helpful and friendly.

When the weather warms up, diving into the refreshing pool or just relaxing under the New Zealand summer sun seems pretty charming. Mantra Lake Tekapo was within walking distance of the shores of Lake Tekapo and the Church of the Good Shepherd. The entire town had dimmed lights and we had clear views of the Milky Way and the Southern Cross! Thanks to the staff for being so courteous to our late check-in. The rooms were spacious and we could use the fireplace. Our family was able to relax after a long journey and prepare for a new itinerary the next day. The friendly staff at check-out helped us to start a new journey.
