Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. The aparthotel features a sun terrace, a 24-hour front desk, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. We stayed in this apartment during the Ironman Cervia weekend, and it couldn’t have been a better choice! The location is absolutely perfect — just a short walk from the transition zone entrance and close to the Ironman Village. The cycling route even passes right under the balcony, which added to the excitement! The apartment is also conveniently close to the main street along the beach, with plenty of cafés and restaurants to enjoy. The whole area is very pleasant and peaceful — especially at the end of the tourist season, it was just perfect for us. Inside, the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The private parking spot in the courtyard was a bit small and a little tricky to use, but manageable. Having access to laundry facilities in the building was a big plus for us as athletes. And we really appreciated how warmly they welcomed our dog — even setting up a cute little space with bowls for food and water. All in all, a great stay in a wonderful location — we’d happily come back!

The bed was extra comfortable, we needed that after a whole day of travel. The residence is a bit away from the city, situated in the countryside, surrounded by the orchards. The hotel is located right in the center of Milano Marittima, yet on a quiet street. It’s only a 5-minute walk to the beach as well as to restaurants and entertainment, while still being very peaceful. The apartment was very spacious, with two big rooms including two double beds and one single bed. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials — stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and all utensils. Everything was very clean and well organized. The highlight was the large terrace overlooking the pine trees and sea. It was such a pleasure to have meals there, and we also appreciated the big drying rack for wet towels. Parking is free, either in the underground garage or right in front of the hotel. The host was very friendly and attentive, always ready to help, and even allowed us a late check-out. We are very happy we chose this hotel and highly recommend it!
