Beautifully situated on a south hillside of Pirin mountain, the hotel has lovely park zones, unique architecture and SPA center with thermal water from own spring. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property. It’s the second time I came there. As usual it’s very clean, the room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff as usual was very friendly and helpful. I really like this place, the mineral water pool was very good quality pool. I stayed with my 1 year old baby son, he enjoyed as much as me. The kids play room is full of various different toys, there is plenty to enjoy.

The on-site tavern features traditional décor and serves regional and national cuisine. The staff is excellent, extremely polite, helpful and friendly. The location is right near the ski way, so it is extremely easy to get to the gondola lift. The apartment was really clean and had all the basics that we needed. The breakfast was amazing, really tasty and on time every morning. The place is pet friendly, and I felt really supported with my small dog.
