Polite and helpful personnel, good location, spacious and light room, big window with beautiful view, having a nicely equipped kitchenette was very useful. Location for me was perfect. Delicious breakfast and a coffee bar and groceries shop in the same building. Good quality hairdressers shop across the road. Fantastic.

I have stayed at this hotel for the second time. Very comfortable and spacious apartments. I felt comfortable and safe in the hotel. It is easy to get to the centre of Kyiv. The staff are friendly and helpful. Recommendable.

In the city center, but very quiet. Friendly and attentive staff. Specious apartments. There is generator in front of the building, but electricity was stable during our stay.

The staff was very courteous, the apartment was clean and the beds are very comfy. Most importantly, they have a power generator that turned on as soon as the grid is off, so overall great experience and I can recommend this place to anyone.

Everything was in good condition and working. Place is near public transport (two tram lines). Would actually rate it 8.5 as was pleasantly surprised by a working washing machine in the apartment.
