An amazing hotel, brand new, with cooking utensils, a coffee maker, oven, and a washer-dryer. The room is very spacious for 4–5 people. Right across the street, there is a 7/11 open 24 hours. Close to 3 metro stations. The Asakusa line is just 4 minutes away, with very good connections to many attractions and both airports. .The hotel staff was exceptionally helpful. Upon our arrival, they welcomed us with chilled towels – a wonderful touch in the outdoor heat – and probiotics for our health. We thank them for their hospitality.I highly recommend it

The room was perfect for our needs, more than enough outlets for chargers, the TV was a happy bonus to relax, the host was very kind and helped us with recommendations and delicious breakfast, and the overall location, although unexpected, is great when you want to sleep peacefully (on a traditional tatami!) in a quiet neighbourhood!

Great small group of hotels (this is our second Section L) and this one continued to be great. Friendly staff with great English, free coffee, clean lobby and room, and various amenities offered. Our room had 3 beds and a little kitchen. A separate bathroom and laundry room were nice too. The area is great with 3 convenience stores nearby and the train station a 5 minute walk. There are loads of restaurants too but small ones and we were turned away from a couple that clearly had seats. It's not touristy in this area. Oh and a sweet and relaxing park to walk to. Great spot.

Great stay for our family with two boys under three years old. We had everything we needed from a small kitchen, friedge, microwave for those konbini runs to Familymart right across the street to a washing machine, big bed for all four of us, sofas to relax in and a perfect location with only 10 minutes walk with a stroller to the central part of Ueno. Staff was also very helpful in preparing af children’s bed before our arrival and the communication is quick, clear and in perfect English. They even helped filling out the papers for shipping our luggage from Familymart to our next stay in Osaka. Aaaalso they are just a superior young team with different nationalities, all with great smiles and helpful attitude. They also have great insight of the area and we got some great recommendation to where the best Matcha lattes were.
