Very frendly staff , very clean room and bathroom, location, free parking (100 m away from building-you get a park card that opens the gate). Coffee and Tea in room and a welcome fruit plate., Bed was comfortable, room was heated, bathroom floor as well. You could go downstairs in the evening to eat pizza in the restaurant - same one they serve breakfast in the morning

The location of this place is great. Everything is nearby, sea views. Walking distance to Chioggia. The apartment was clean, and the host was very helpful. Already looking for dates to come back.

The apartment itself was just amazing - a good mix of modern facilities in a older characterful building. Everywhere was spotlessley clean and the apartment was unexpectedly serviced daily. The location was just perfect as well - everywhere was easily walkable and we felt very safe walking back there at the end of the night. But that was just the start - the stay was made so special by the two ladies that man the reception - Michaela and Paola. They arranged our transfer from the airport and then met us where our taxi dropped us. They gave us lots of advice on where to go and how to get there and then surprised us with unexpected breakfast treats one morning. We also left our luggage there on our last day as we were on a late flight out.

This was an exceptional property. The location is amazing, very central and you can literally walk to great shops and restaurants. The suit is nice and large and perfectly decorated with great quality lined and decor. The staff are truly exceptional, they give great advice and assistance - they really respond to every need. They were even able to track down a very remote jewelry store for me. You cannot go wrong with this booking - it was such a pleasure staying here. This was indeed a great find and we would love to visit them again.
