My wife and I spent three wonderful days at this property in July and were very satisfied with our stay. Check-in was smooth and easy, thanks to the clear instructions provided by the host. A special thanks for arranging a parking spot for us — although the building doesn’t have its own parking, a space had been reserved for us at a nearby beach complex just across the road, which was extremely convenient. The apartment itself was clean, with fresh and tidy bed linen. The kitchen, though compact, was fully equipped with everything we needed. We were lucky to get a unit with a large balcony — definitely a pleasant bonus. There’s a big supermarket nearby, and a cozy pizzeria located right on the ground floor of the building. The host was always available and responsive to our questions. Thank you for the warm hospitality and excellent service!

Our stay was simply spectacular. Everything was simply impeccable. From the care taken in cleaning, organization and decoration, everything was simply spectacular. Then the friendliness and availability of our host was tireless in explaining everything to us how to go visit Venice. New, high-standard facility. Excellent air conditioning. We were given a better room than the one we booked – it was larger and had a better view. Marinela is a wonderful person who will help you with anything. The swimming pool is excellent. And most importantly, on the day of departure, you leave your room but can still use the swimming pool and car park – it's a real convenience!

Everything about our stay was great! The staff were amazing and very accommodating. They gave us great recommendations for food, sightseeing and activities. They booked our water taxi to and from the train station. Room was beautiful and clean, had a gorgeous view of the canals. Location was a 5min walk to San Marcos Square and in walking distance to everything!

The completely air-conditioned Albergo Marin is just a few minutes’ walk from Venice’s Santa Lucia Train Station and is even closer to the famous Grand Canal.

The staff from reception and breakfast was really friendly. Hotel in clean and fresh. Best part is the location , Few meters to the train station. Breakfast was good also.
