Really enjoyed our stay . Breakfast was quality, and staff are friendly. The reception staff even helped us with a parking problem we had at the amphitheatre. We did a road trip from Dubrovnic to Pula, all the accommodation was good but Rabarska Koliba was the best.

Good location, 20 min walk from the beach (5 min by car), restaurants and bakery nearby. Easy access to the city center (be careful, you need a car!). Free hotel parking, spots always available. Well-equipped rooms, very practical kitchenette. Very clean, cleaning service every day. A/C in the main room and in the bedroom. 2 balconies, one with sea view (+ table and clothes horse). Very quiet, ideal to get some rest. Small swimming pool but sufficient because the sea is pretty close. Discreet but helpful staff.

The appartment is very comfortable and has all the features one needs for a good holiday, i.e. air-conditioning, mosquito nets, big balcony, kitchen utensils, large bathroom, comfy bed. It is situated in a quiet part of Medulin, just a short walk to town centre. Parking is right next to the building. The host has been very helpful and answers any query promptly.

We (family of 5: kids 6, 6 and 2) stayed in an apartment for almost 2 weeks, so long enough to make a credible review, and also to debunk some of the "unusual" comments posted here. Starting off with the staff. Hotel resorts are typically staffed by seasonal workers. If you expect white-glove silver service, visit the Savoy in London. If you expect polite, friendly and accommodating staff, this hotel will be fine for you. Rooms and facilities. Our room suitable for 6, was spotlessly clean and had all of the utensils necessary for a holiday away from your own home, including an expresso maker! You probably have things in your kitchen at home that are missing here: one of the differences between being at home and being on holiday. The towels are exchanged every 2 days. As with every holiday apartment, you are responsible for keeping it clean. A brush, mop and bucket are available for you to use. The cleaners ensure that you enter a tidy apartment, you can live as clean as you wish, but don't be that person who leaves the room in an awful state when you leave. ;) Pool and beach. We visited several beaches around the region and found the beach at the hotel to be among the best! There are rocks directly off the shore which are absolutely prefect for snorkeling! Lots for interesting things to see. Our children loved it, as did we. Sandy beaches are not as good for observing the sea life, but are easier on you sensitive feet. It is recommended to purchase swimming shoes in advance to gain full advantage for the sea in Croatia. (It's not Mallorca). The hotel's gravel sea side are is equipped with loungers and parasols. The pools are a generous size and are cleaned regularly to ensure that the next day of swimming is a pleasant experience for all guests. Therefore, in order to give the staff time to maintain this, the pool is closed from 8pm.
