Location is very good,little away from concrete,temperature two degrees below the town,fresh air.Very polite and hard working staff,every three days sheet was changed and cleaning is frequent and thorough.Parking in the deep shade,beach very close.

I loved everything and everyone. It was all excellent from beginning to end. Platanias is really wonderful, picturesque place, great for a slow, relaxing vacation. Des Roses is a nice little hotel, very clean and sweet and Mr. Nikos and his family are great, very friendly hosts and we enjoyed our stay there. The place is very close to the beach. The nice day boat tour to Skiathos is possible from Platanias, starting from the little marine close to the hotel, and we also enjoyed it, too.
