This is an excellent guesthouse. It is very central for Kutaisi sight seeing and leaving on day trips, but was still very quiet. Room was very comfortable and warm with the heat pump/air conditioner. Very clean and the kitchen facilities were great. I have booked again for my next stop in Kutaisi.

Only stayed overnight, so I can only talk about most prominent features: good internet, which is important when you first land in Georgia; very clean and well organised; at a walking distance from the very centre of town. Kitchenette equipped for urgent needs. Bed comfortable. Host nice and helping (speaks Russian).
