Staff were so friendly and helpful, our room wasn’t ready when we came to check in and after waiting only 20 minutes they decided to upgrade us! The blonde lady on the front desk (so sorry can’t remember her name) was exceptionally nice. Pool is lovely with beautiful views across the city Beds are small but very comfy

How neat, modern sleek looking it is. Proximity to top of the line ethnic food outlets, liver pool station and different bars. breakfast was tasty and coffee was great. it's quiet and very comfortable with all your needs available in the room, from a small kitchenet with an Nespresso machine, to an ironing machine, shampoo and shower gels and body lotion, etc..

The property was located in the heart of Knightsbridge, and less than 5 min walk from Harrods and the underground. The apartment was so comfortable, everything was new and fine and it was equipped with everything you might need while away from home. Attention to detail has been paid in all aspects.
